The beds were super comfy. The bathroom shower was pretty cool. And the location was awesome :)
There were cum stains everywhere, talked to some other guests and they had the same problem. Also, there wasn't a fridge or a microwave. Someone messed with the window sticker. It was relavent to tye condition to the room. Overall this hotel was not worth 222$ for one night.

The service and facilities we're very nice.
The walls are very thin and you can hear everything and anyone at all hours of the night. I did not sleep a wink.

The main lobby, the decor, the staff, bathroom was clean, liked that there were plenty of linens available already in our room.
The experience was okay, our double bed room looked dingy and our furniture was worn/ripped. Requested nice view, our view was horrible. Just wasn't impressed for the money that I spent for one night. No TV Guide for channels.

Lots of good things to say about this hotel! The bed was AWESOME! (the bed was made way better than it is in the picture I attached!) The hotel was quiet. We had a queen room booked and they uprgraded us to a King Room without us even asking. The staff was wonderful and friendly. They asked us all the time if we needed anything. The room was clean. There is a Kurig coffee maker in each room. The complimentary champagne was great! Great location for the River Market, Power and Light, The Phoenix, John's Big Deck, The Peanut and many more other local places. We walked everywhere...kept the car parked in Valet Parking. Took Uber Cabs to the ballgames. Although I didn't use it....they had a really decent workout room. The hotel is and old hotel but so beautiful and elegant and just full of charm as it's meant to be. We will definitely stay here again.
Really nothing. Maybe a fridge in the room? Maybe some complimentary bottles of water? I guess we did have some problems with the TV as it seemed the cable service was off and on all night....but we weren't there to sit in the room and watch TV. We were out and about.

It was close to the Sprint Center.
The first night water started leaking into our bathroom from the floor above. Maintenance told us the room above us had broken their toilet, and the water was dripping down in our room. The manager stated they would provide us a new room, and even after asking numerous times they never moved us or cleaned our bathroom. We were without a bathroom 75% of our trip.
